We had a nice stay here. The place is very clean and comfortable. The common area is very inviting with a nice patio and a bar area. They helped me sort out a pricing issue that cropped up on booking.com where the price I agreed in pesos was showing at triple the price in dollars. Phew! They also offer a nice packed lunch if doing any day trips such as mini trekking which I would recommend. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Rooms were large and clean, and the view from our room was great. There's good WiFi and large communal areas. Location is only a 10min walk from the bus terminal and you can easily walk to restaurants in the centre of town.

Great location perfectly located in between the bus station and the main town center. The staff was wonderful in helping us check-in and booking tickets for us to visit the glacier.

The staff was helpful, and there were good areas to wait after checking out. The room had a nice amount of space. They were flexible with an earlier check in.

Nice hotel premises, a 10 minutes' long walk from downtown. The hotel manager Luca was a wonderful character and also spioke excellent English, although I wanted to practice my Spanish... The hotel provided a fine buffet breakfast in a spacious dining room, where I also had a good dinner one night. My room was perfectly ok. Would I stay here again? Yes, absolutely.

We love everything about the Hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was good, the views from the hotel were amazing, the location was good -j ust a few minutes walking to the city centre in a very peaceful (and silent) location.

Very nice and helpful staff, spacious and clean room and located in a quiet area with about 10 minutes walking to the town center. Nice view from the terrace. Possibility to book a lunch box with four options to choose from.

The room was comfortable for us. All the staff at front desk were very friendly. There is a beautiful view from the patio near hotel lobby. The downtown is within walking distance.
